This dressing is so yummy a fresh. Its ideal served with any salad but particularly our HEIRLOOM CARROT SALAD or our MORROCAN COUS COUS SALAD.

The combination of the zesty orange is delicious with the spice of the mustard and the tahini adds a nice creaminess.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 orange (juice and zest)
  • 2 tbsp. hulled tahini
  • 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp. maple syrup

METHOD

  1. Prepare oranges by zesting with a microplane and juicing with a juicer.
    Add all ingredients into a jar or salad bottle and shake to combine.

This dressing keeps in the fridge for upto10 days.
