This is the most refreshing drink on a hot summers day. It’s a healthy, sweet and refreshing take on the classic ‘Slurpee’ only with natural sugar, vitamins, nutrients and dietary fibre. The coconut water will help to keep you hydrated and replenish electrolytes.
It’s just plain delicious! This could be served as a pre dinner drink, palate cleansing dessert or if you’re feeling a bit sassy add some gin and tonic and it’s a healthy frozen Gin and Tonic.

- 2 frozen cucumbers
- 2 limes- juice and zest
- 1 cup of coconut water
- 1 tbsp. coconut sugar
- 1 ½ cups of ice
- Add frozen cucumbers, lime juice and zest, coconut water, coconut sugar and ice into a high-powered blender.
- Process on high until smooth (60sec/speed 10) and transfer into small glasses or into small bowls
- Top with lime zest, cucumber ribbons and coconut water.
- Serve immediately.
